Candidates for available sales positions must be hard working, achievement-oriented and possess a strong desire to succeed. Advanced computer literacy, a competitive edge, and high motivation required. Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable. Bachelor Degree or better is preferred with strong and proven sales work. We will give special consideration for 1+ years of real estate experience. Candidates must be self-motivated, tenacious, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. The best are accomplishment driven; consistently setting and achieving high goals. Must be willing to spend extensive time in market research, business development, client communications, and participation in all aspects of brokering real estate investment properties.
Positions are commission based, and therefore, candidate must be financially capable of supporting himself or herself until commissions are earned. Commission schedules commensurate with experience.
